1. All Services Are Delivered Digitally

TarotAlive provides digital spiritual services only, including:

  • Tarot readings

  • Psychic insights

  • Intuitive reports

  • Energy interpretations

  • Personalized rituals

  • PDF readings or written guidance

No physical products are shipped.

All services are delivered exclusively via email to the address provided at checkout.


2. Free Worldwide Delivery

Since all services are delivered digitally:

🌍 Shipping is free worldwide.
No matter where you live, you will not be charged any shipping fees.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Service type

  • Additional information required from the client

  • Time zone differences

Most readings are delivered within the timeframe specified in your confirmation email.

If additional details are needed from the client, delivery may be delayed until that information is provided.


4. Email Delivery Conditions

Your reading will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Please ensure:

  • The email address is correct

  • You check your spam/junk folder

If you do not receive your reading within the expected timeframe, please contact us.


5. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Email

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout:

  • TarotAlive is not responsible for non-delivery

  • The reading will be considered delivered once sent to the provided address

  • If you contact us with the correct email, we can resend your reading once verified


6. Redelivery of Readings

If you did not receive your reading due to a technical issue:

✔ We will resend your reading at no additional cost.
✔ We may also provide the content through an alternative format if needed.

This constitutes redelivery, not a refund.


7. No Physical Shipping or Tracking

TarotAlive does not ship physical items and therefore does not provide:

  • Postal shipping

  • Tracking numbers

  • Carrier information

  • Delivery dates for physical goods

All services are 100% digital.
